The Delamere Medical PracticeFollowing a trial of book on the day appointments, the GP’s noticed that some appointments could have been dealt with by a more appropriate service, for example the Pharmacy or Podiatrist.
We have therefore decided to use Footfall forms for all appointment requests. If you are unable to fill in the form, a member of our reception team will be happy to help you. A clinician will review all forms between 8 & 10am and 12 & 2pm Monday – Friday.
Appointments are also available from 6.30pm until 8pm Monday to Friday across our Primary Care Network which includes us, North Trafford Group Practice, Lostock and Limelight.
Appointments are also available on Saturdays from 9am until 5pm across the four Practices. Please let us know if an evening or weekend appointment may be more suitable for you.
