The Delamere Medical PracticeDue to the Covid-19 pandemic we have had to change the way we operate. The surgery is still open, but how we are operating and how we book appointments will be changing for the foreseeable future.
Appointments can be booked online via the Consulting Room. Please order repeat medication via our Prescriptions and Medicines Centre or by dropping off requests through our letter catcher on the door of the surgery.
If you need to collect any blood forms, sicknotes or letters, the reception desk is open between 8 am and 6 pm during normal working days.
