How to Request an Appointment

You can request an appointment in the following ways:

• Visiting our Consulting Room
• Online at Patient Access. To register for online services, please complete our Register for Online Services form – this is currently unavailable due to COVID restrictions, however once safe to do so will be operational again
• Calling the surgery on 0161 864 0200

We also have access to a small number of evening and weekend GP, practice nurse and phlebotomy appointments through Trafford’s hub. These appointments are held at other practices in Trafford and can be booked through our clinical support team. Please let them know if you would like one of these appointments.

All of our appointment must now be booked online. FootFall forms are automatically submitted for review by the relevant clinician depending on your individual needs. You will then receive a response within 2 working days about when your appointment time is. If you are unable to go through FootFall, then please call our clinical suopport team on 0161 864 0200 and they can go through it with you.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible – this may enable someone else to be seen.
